1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

phil163 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of account use. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on phil163, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on phil163. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: phil163 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phil163 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name only. Same-day processing applies to GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), phil163 is required to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Deposited funds must originate from sources owned and controlled by the account holder. Using phil163 to launder or conceal proceeds of unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phil163 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programs. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

• Colluding with other players or agents to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods, chargeback abuse, or exploitation of platform errors
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of the phil163 platform
• Using phil163 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your phil163 account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phil163 platform — including but not limited to the phil163 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and underlying code — is the property of phil163 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from phil163 without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phil163's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim. phil163 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond phil163's reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, phil163 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for non-conduct reasons will be returned to the verified payment method on file after completion of applicable AML checks.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phil163 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
